I chose Princess Accommodation for a week-long stay in Gyeongju and I highly recommend it because I'm satisfied with every aspect. 1. The house is cleaner, cozier, and quieter than the photos! I love that the veranda and kitchen are completely separated from the bedroom by a double door, which is a great layout, and the host maintains it so cleanly that there's not a speck of dust. It's located just one block away from the main road in a residential area, so you can't hear any traffic noise at all. I highly recommend this for people who are sensitive to noise and dust like me! 2. Transportation is convenient and there are local restaurants nearby, making it easy to get meals. The bus stop to tourist attractions like the Arts Center or Gyeongju Museum is 3-5 minutes away (go two stops to reach the Central Market and transfer from there), there's a set meal restaurant right in front of the accommodation, and there's an affordable Korean beef restaurant on the right side (judging by the number of locals dining there, it seems like a true local favorite, and I tried both restaurants and they were delicious~~^^) 3. This is a villa building, and when you enter the first floor entrance, there are 4 large CCTV screens installed above the unmanned parcel box on the left side, which makes it feel more secure and gives me peace of mind. I can also order deliveries and leave them in view of the CCTV without worrying about loss, which was great! I was worried about there being no elevator, but since it's on the 2nd floor, there was no difficulty moving luggage. The 1st floor has a piloti structure with a parking lot, so for those bringing a car, ground parking shouldn't be difficult. 4. The host always kindly answers my questions and provides detailed information, which I'm very grateful for! In particular, the host informed me about the special exhibition of the 9-story wooden pagoda of Hwangryongsa at the Gyeongju Museum and provided detailed information about local restaurants in Gyeongju, so I was able to spend my time in Gyeongju wonderfully. Thank you so much!~~ 5. There's no separate shower booth in the bathroom, but it's not inconvenient for washing, and especially the water pressure is great so the water comes out powerfully, which was nice! There's no ideal place to hang things on the bedroom wall, but you can use the veranda clothes rack to hang towels and such, so there was no major inconvenience in daily life. If you're someone who finds it burdensome to keep the air conditioner on continuously during hot summers, I recommend bringing a foldable portable fan. In conclusion, I want to come back for a month-long stay next time!^^
