It is an optimal location where you can conveniently walk to Hongdae's main street, Sinchon, Yeonnam-dong, and Gyeongui Line Forest Park. • 1-minute walk to a convenience store (various cafes, supermarkets, and restaurants located nearby) • Queen-size bed newly replaced in May 2026 • As this is a short-term rental, towels, bedding (duvets, pillows, etc.), and personal hygiene items are not provided. • Move-in is on the lease start date, and move-out is on the lease end date; specific times must be agreed upon with the tenant in advance.
