[Opened May 2026] We have carefully renovated this historic house, imbued with the charm of time. It is ideal for a cozy and quiet stay for approximately two people. - Fully furnished with essential household appliances (washing machine, refrigerator, 2 air conditioners, microwave, underfloor heating, Wi-Fi, vacuum cleaner, etc.) (TV excluded). However, as this is not a lodging establishment, please bring or purchase some essential items yourself (towels, pillowcases, etc.). (See additional details at the bottom) - Exclusive use of the 2nd floor (including the terrace). - Parking available - 7-minute walk (400m) to apartment complex shopping area: Daiso, Compose Coffee, large supermarkets, etc. - 2-minute walk (150m) to convenience store

[Check-in] - We will send you an initial notification message upon contract completion. The door lock password will be provided one week prior to move-in. (Self-check-in) - Check-in on the arrival day is from 3:00 PM, and check-out on the departure day is by 11:00 AM. (Please let us know if adjustments are needed due to the tenant's circumstances.) - Registration of residence is not permitted. [Important Notices] - Cleaning is conducted remotely by a local company. Since the host does not check every time personally, we ask for your understanding regarding any potential shortcomings. (Please contact us if you experience any inconveniences during your stay.) - The friendly owners reside on the first floor at all times, allowing for quick responses to any issues. As they run a retail business from their home, delivery vehicles may be coming and going during the day. (Since you have exclusive use of the second floor, you do not need to worry about privacy or noise.) - The entire floor is tiled with carpet (please wear slippers indoors). Maintenance is easy if you operate the provided robot vacuum occasionally. - Tile carpets are individually washable, but replacement costs may apply if the carpet is heavily soiled to the point where washing is impossible.
