(Note: Although the host is female, this is a home inhabited by a couple married for 8 years; the husband is an office worker commuting to Seoul.) There is a convenience store and a cafe within a one-minute walk, and Luwon Food Street is located within 1km. Regarding transportation, the most important aspect, there are two bus stops near the house. In addition to subway stations such as Geomam Station on the Airport Railroad and Gajeong Station on Incheon Line 2, there are well-established bus routes that allow travel to Incheon's old downtown area. (Additional bus routes 1, 43-1, and 592 are scheduled to begin on July 18.) The apartment complex is spacious and well-landscaped, allowing for walks within the grounds. Furthermore, various food trucks visit the area around the complex on specific days of the week. Once the contract is finalized, we will send you a usage guide message. You may freely use the amenities provided within the residence, and a resident key card will be issued to allow for unrestricted entry and exit.

Additional rules
