This is an American-style villa built in the late 1980s, featuring a two-story structure spanning 80 pyeong on a 200-pyeong plot of land, which was featured in the JTBC show "Joseon's Lovers." Art critic Lee Ho built this place with great care to host banquets with his acquaintances, and local elders mention that members of the C'est Si Bon band also enjoyed the finer things in life here back in the 1980s. Surrounded by mountains and valleys, the house boasts a beautiful natural environment and offers a private setting, making it an ideal place to escape the city and find healing. While preserving the old-world sensibility and antique feel, the house is decorated in a modern style for convenient living. You can host dinner parties with family or friends, relieve stress by singing on the karaoke machine, and children can play freely indoors without worrying about noise disturbing the neighbors. In spring and autumn, you can pick flowers and leaves in the garden and along the walking paths for pretend play, and in summer, you can enjoy playing in the stream in front of the house. In winter, you can have snowball fights, go sledding, warm up by the fireplace, and roast marshmallows.

This house features four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and an outdoor garden. The first floor includes a living room, kitchen, master bedroom, two bathrooms, and a fireplace. The second floor features a waiting room, two bedrooms, a study, one bathroom, and a terrace. The garden in front of the house is equipped with an outdoor table for 6-8 people and a Weber 57 grill. The master bedroom on the first floor has one king-size bed. On one side of the living room, there is a large dining table for six, a fireplace, and a karaoke machine. Of the three bedrooms on the second floor, one has two queen-size beds, the other has one queen-size bed, and the last room serves as a study with a desk for work and a desk for children to play on. For groups of 8 or more, we can provide a queen-size mattress topper. - This accommodation has been renovated in a modern style to preserve the vintage feel while ensuring a comfortable stay. It features many high-end imported antique furniture pieces. We kindly ask that you handle them carefully to prevent damage. - Located within an hour's drive of Seoul, this accommodation is not far away. With a valley and mountain walking trails in front, you can enjoy the refreshing feeling of waking up with a clear nose thanks to the fresh air, as well as the tranquility and quietness of the secluded area with no crowds nearby, all with your friends. Please note that while the building is newly constructed and may not feel brand new, please keep this in mind when making a reservation. - Please refrain from grilling meat or fish indoors and use the outdoor grill instead. - As the property is located in the mountains, it is extremely cold in winter and remains chilly in the mornings and evenings even during the changing seasons. Please be sure to bring thick long-sleeved shirts and outerwear. - Smoking is prohibited indoors. We conduct monthly pest control services via CESCO Home Care. However, as this house is located in the mountains, insects (centipedes, grasshoppers) may be present. Please refrain from booking if you are sensitive to insects. - Please use the fan heater and underfloor heating for winter heating. There are a total of three heating and cooling units installed: in the living room, master bedroom, and the large room on the second floor. The small room on the second floor has a separate electric fan heater and a fan. - This accommodation is always fully booked on weekends on Airbnb for 500,000 KRW per night (accommodating 10 people).
