It is a very quiet location and a pristine area with clear streams and a very high phytoncide index. In addition to the owner's residence, there are 5 separate buildings for guests, consisting of 3 buildings of 10 pyeong and 2 buildings of 15 pyeong. Each unit is fully equipped with heating/cooling, cooking facilities, a restroom, a BBQ area, and an outdoor dining table. For markets, Hanaro Marts, and convenience stores, go 12km away or use Bukpyeong or downtown Jeongseon. The kitchen uses gas. Heating uses firewood in an indoor fireplace.
