We will send you photos of the overall room condition on the day of move-in. To prevent issues regarding the security deposit and cleaning fees, if the room is in a condition different from the photos sent, please take photos on the day of move-in and send them along with an explanation. When checking out, please clean and restore the room to the same condition as when you moved in. Regardless of room defects (stains or damage to wallpaper and flooring, broken, stained, or missing items, etc.), if the room is not cleaned to match the condition upon move-in (mold, dead insects, increased insect population, accumulated dust, dishwashing), a portion of the security deposit (350,000 KRW) may not be refunded.
