The main bedroom, featuring a bed and a large table, offers an ocean view and is cool as the wind blows frequently starting in August. The living room also boasts a refreshing ocean view and frequent breezes, making it generally much cooler than in July. I am speaking from the average experience of actual residents. Experience the coolness of the natural breeze, not the coolness of an air conditioner! While there is no separate charge for electricity, we ask for your cooperation in saving energy, such as turning off electronic devices when you go out. (Please note that additional charges may apply for excessive power usage!) *As this is a "short-term rental contract" rather than a formally registered accommodation facility, we ask for your understanding that we are unable to provide disposable items and hygiene products in accordance with relevant regulations.
