This is the famous Palaces de Seize Condo located right in front of Haeundae Beach. It is a 15-pyeong unit situated between LCT and Paradise. A king-size bed and two sets of extra bedding are provided as standard. Water play equipment such as an ice box, two chairs, and a mat are available for use. It is a home designed for a routine where you can simply go out for water activities, wash your feet, and come back inside. The house is finished with natural European clay cement paint. A washing machine and dryer are located separately inside the house.
