This is a Hanok house with a lawn in a quiet countryside setting in Yeongju, Gyeongbuk, with a distant view of Mt. Sobaek. A separate building houses a barbecue area and camping tables, allowing for indoor dining, while outdoor picnic tables provide a pleasant outdoor atmosphere. As it is a typical rural village, it is very quiet at night. It is a great place to spend some quiet time, and Buseoksa Temple or Sosu Seowon are within 10km, making them good destinations to visit. It takes just over two hours to reach the property, which is within 200km of Jamsil, Seoul. Punggi-eup is slightly closer than Yeongju-si, and you can find amenities such as Daiso and Hiniro Mart there. It takes approximately 15 to 20 minutes to get there, and the township office is located just 5 minutes away.
