Lighthouse Beach is a 1-minute walk from the building entrance. Convenience stores, coffee shops, and restaurants are also available. The Yeongrangjeong Pojangmacha Village is also located near Lighthouse Beach. The Jungang Tourist Market is a 5-minute drive away, and a 15-minute walk away. E-Mart, Sokcho Beach, Daiso, Express Bus Terminal, and Goseong Beach are all within 5-10 minutes. This is the only newly built residence in Sokcho that offers access to the beach. It also boasts excellent infrastructure, with restaurants and cafes lining the coastal road. It's a great place to live for a week or a month. Enjoy a beer on the white sandy beach in the summer. Watching the moon from the autumn beach. Watching the sunrise from the winter balcony is truly a work of art. You can walk to Dongmyeong Port and Jangsaeng Port. Pongpomerguri Hoetjip is a 2-minute walk away, and there are many raw fish restaurants in the Jangsaeng Port area. A 10-minute walk from the intercity bus stop. 1. To ensure a good night's sleep, the duvet cover is made of soft, pure cotton. Therefore, it may be slightly wrinkled. Please understand. Stains cannot be removed and must be discarded. Please refrain from eating or drinking on the duvet. If the duvet is too dirty to be washed, a penalty will be applied. Please keep it clean. 2. When entering a building after visiting the beach, please thoroughly shake off the sand before entering. Sand will follow you into the house. Also, if you don't completely remove the sand before using the washing machine, it will break down. 3. As this is a shared villa for those who enjoy quietness, please be mindful of noise. Please keep the room tidy and separate your trash when you check out. 4. Garbage The envelope is ready in the first drawer under the table. Please dispose of food waste and trash in the trash separation area on the first floor when you check out. Please do so. 5. Cooking is permitted. However, please refrain from cooking strong-smelling foods such as steamed crab, fish, or pork belly indoors. The smell does not go away easily, so it will cause inconvenience to the next guests. After checking in, you must provide your vehicle registration number to the host to register for free parking. You will not be allowed to leave the parking lot without registration.
