This is Unit 103 of a building with a total of 10 studio units. Most residents are single, so it is quiet and tidy. Although it is not a new building, we take pride in being a slightly special, atmospheric home cultivated with meticulous care. I have carefully checked and improved upon the things I found lacking while traveling frequently. Most importantly, the mattress and bedding are high-end, high-quality products, and we pay the utmost attention to cleanliness, so you can rest assured regarding this point. It is about a 5-minute walk from Nakseongdae Station Exit 1 (Line 2). Despite being located on flat ground near the station, it is a surprisingly quiet residential area. It is a 3-minute walk to the express bus stop, 3-4 stops to Gangnam Station, and numerous buses to the Express Bus Terminal and Nambu Terminal. Right next to the house, after school There are middle and high schools that open their sports fields, so you don't have to worry about safety. Located just two stops from Seoul National University, you can also enjoy Sharosu-gil on foot. Sadang Station, served by Lines 2 and 4, is also within walking distance for exercise. Behind the nearby high school, there is a well-established walking trail connecting Bangbae and Dongjak, making it perfect for leisurely strolls. It is a large studio apartment, a rarity these days, that has been fully remodeled from the kitchen sink and bathroom to the windows and flooring. It is designed for 2 people, but depending on the situation, up to 4 people can be accommodated (a queen bed, mattress, and bedding are provided at an additional cost). It is a beautifully remodeled, aesthetically pleasing accommodation equipped with everything from the smallest details, requiring only a single suitcase.
