Hi, I’m looking for a flatmate to share my home with me and my cat, Natto. I currently live with Natto, and I have one private room available in my apartment. I’m looking for someone clean, respectful, and comfortable living with a cat.

Location: * 5–10 minutes on foot to Digital Media City Station * 1 minute on foot to a direct bus stop to Gangnam Highlights: * Excellent transportation * Close to Airport Railroad, Line 6, and Gyeongui-Jungang Line * Direct bus to Gangnam: 1 minute on foot * Hongdae: only one subway stop away * DMC Station: about 5–10 minutes on foot * Park and outdoor exercise equipment right in front of the apartment * Small mountain/walking trail behind the building * Close to large parks such as Haneul Park, Noeul Park, Nanjicheon Park, and World Cup Park * Eungamcheon Stream: about 5 minutes on foot * Lots of storage space * Bright natural light * Cat included Things to Note: * There is a short uphill walk of about 100 meters in front of the building, around 1 minute 30 seconds on foot. * No elevator. Overall, the apartment has many more advantages than disadvantages. If you like gaming, we can also play together sometimes. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, dishes, refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, and air fryer. You are welcome to use the kitchen appliances whenever needed. The washing machine and dryer are also available for free. Because of my work schedule, I usually do not stay at home 3–4 days a week. I have worked with foreigners for many years, so communication in English is not a problem. I think it will be comfortable and easy to live together. I would especially like to find someone who likes cats and can treat Natto kindly.
