Hello. We are ‘Space Iksan 1102,’ a space we have cultivated with the peaceful daily lives of our guests staying in Mohyeon-dong, Iksan in mind. Having recently undergone remodeling and neat home styling, we operate this place with the hope that it will become a clean and comfortable sanctuary for everyone visiting Iksan. 📍 A place where convenience and rest coexist [Adjacent to Baesan Park and government offices] We have prepared this space for those who need a quiet rest while also having convenient transportation. Excellent accessibility: Iksan Station, Mohyeon New Town, and Wonkwang University Hospital are all within a 5-minute walk. Those with hospital care needs or business schedules can stay here without the burden of travel.

Our accommodation is located close to Iksan Station and the Bus Terminal, making it very convenient to travel to major tourist attractions in Jeonbuk, including Jeonju and Gunsan. With the bus stop right in front of the complex, you can easily access major routes in Iksan starting from Mohyeon New Town. It is also adjacent to the commercial district of Mohyeon New Town, Lotte Mall, and Baesan Park, allowing for more efficient and faster travel even when taking a taxi!
