This is a quiet residential area located a 3-minute walk from Hyehwa Station Exit 1 or 2. You can catch buses to Gangnam and Gwanghwamun from the bus stop in front of the building. Located on flat ground, it is close to subway and bus stops. Seoul National University Hospital is nearby, as are several universities, including Sungkyunkwan University, Seoul National University, and Dongduk Women's University. Myeongdong is an 8-minute walk from the station, and the surrounding infrastructure is excellent.
