#4 Cheongju Terminal Gyeongbokdae Osong Hyundai Connect

Having only stayed in residence hotels for business trips, this was my first time staying in a place that felt like a home, and it was truly wonderful. First of all, I felt right up until my final checkout that I had met the perfect host. At first, I was unfamiliar with the place and didn't pay much attention, but after living there for a day or two, I realized that everything I needed for daily life was placed in every nook and cranny. To summarize: 1. Parking: I used the mechanical parking system, which was convenient. Large vehicles must use the self-parking system. It extends down to the first basement level. With the mechanical parking, you have to park and operate the machines yourself. It is very easy, but if you are unsure, you can ask the maintenance staff. They are very kind. Always fold in your side mirrors before entering. 2. Laundry: There is both a washing machine and a dryer, so you can take care of that immediately. Detergent is also provided. 3. Refrigerator: Completely sufficient for one person. 4. Trash: The recycling bins on the first basement level are very well organized, and there are designated trash bags and a food waste disposal area on the first floor. The host even put the designated trash bags inside the shoe cabinet. 5. Bed: It was so comfortable that I rolled around in it all weekend and didn't even want to leave the room. The duvet was so white that it felt a bit overwhelming for someone like me who tends to be rough with things, so I just bought a thin duvet and pillowcases cheaply, laid them out, and rested comfortably. 4. Surroundings: There is a large Daiso store right next door where many foreign tourists were shopping. I also visited frequently to buy wet wipes and simple facial cleanser. There is a conveyor belt sushi restaurant near the terminal across the main road, so I did an "open run" on the weekend. There are also two branches of my favorite Mega Coffee (I am a huge fan of the "Halmega Misugaru Coffee"), so I went there for a walk. Everything is there except for what isn't nearby. You might wonder why I am writing such detailed information, but since I stayed for 10 days, I really struggled to make a decision after searching through many places, worried that I might end up uncomfortable if I stayed at the wrong place. I relied heavily on reviews back then, so I tried my best to write this in the hopes it might be helpful. After all, the information posted by hosts needs to be objective and factual, so there were parts that felt a bit ambiguous when I was deciding. Anyway, I had a great stay. It was my first time in Cheongju, and I really came to love this place because it felt like home. I will come back again if I get the chance~
