Convenience facilities such as a convenience store, coin laundry, cafe, and restaurant are located on the 1st floor of the accommodation building. ✔️ Smoking is prohibited indoors and on the terrace. Pets are not allowed. (A cleaning fee of 500,000 KRW will be charged.) ✔️ Please refrain from behaviors that disturb neighbors, such as parties on the terrace or loud singing. ✔️ Please extend the terrace automatic awning only when in use, and be sure to close it when there is strong wind or when going out. ✔️ You may be held liable for any intentional or negligent accidents that occur during your stay. ✔️ You may be charged for repair costs if facilities or furniture are damaged.
