The annex, adjacent to the main house, is available for exclusive use. The annex is 15 pyeong in size and features two rollaway beds. The interior is equipped with a bathroom with a shower, a sink, a large sofa, a dining table, a table, air conditioning, a karaoke machine, a TV, and a screen and projector for showing movies. There is no underfloor heating, so radiators must be used during the winter. Outside, there is a 10 pyeong vegetable garden, flower beds, an outdoor water tap, and a gazebo, providing ample space for barbecuing. There is also a spacious lawn where you can play with your pets. Electric vehicles can be charged at any time, and you can spend a relaxing time practicing on a mini-golf course. It is a 7-minute drive from Seojong IC and takes 40 minutes from Gangnam, Seoul. It takes a 10-minute walk to access Byeokgyecheon Stream.
