This is a building with a great view located within Gangneung Wolhwa Street. Wolhwa Street and Jungang Market are right in front of the entrance, and a large supermarket is located not far from convenience stores. It is situated near popular hotspots for visiting Gangneung, such as CGV, Lotte Cinema, Wolhwa Bridge, and Gangneung Night Market. Located in the center of Gangneung, you can reach the sea, mountains, and anywhere else within a 10-minute drive. Air conditioners and water purifiers are installed in each room. You can watch Netflix via a projector or 30 by Me. Since there are no other residents in the building, you do not need to worry about noise when passing by. However, please close the double-pane windows when having parties at night. Also, please be careful to avoid the use of open flames or other fire hazards, and ensure that the building doors are locked.
