This is a two-story concrete building with a tiled roof. The first floor is occupied by a farmer who visits occasionally for agricultural work, while the entire second floor features one bedroom and a spacious living room. There is a door leading outside on the second floor, and the living room has large windows on both sides, offering a very peaceful and nature-friendly view. There is a vegetable garden attached to the house where you can grow various vegetables such as eggplant, cucumber, Korean melon, corn, sweet potato, tomato, watermelon, and lettuce. Many fruit trees are also available. Currently, peaches are ripening well, and the landscape is always vibrant with sweet persimmons, Daebong persimmons, jujube trees, chestnuts, blackberries, and Porus trees, as well as various flowering trees. It can be used as a quiet retreat where you can experience the charm of rural country living.

It is a quiet space with a rural atmosphere perfect for healing. There is a large stream in front of the house, and the sea is not far away, allowing for ocean views. With Namdang Port and the Cheonbuk Oyster Complex, famous for surf clams, large shrimp, and stone oysters, located nearby, seaside tourism is possible. I believe it is a wonderful place to find healing and peace of mind, encompassing both the sea and the countryside.
