If caught smoking, immediate eviction will be imposed, and a special cleaning fee of 300,000 KRW will be charged. (Please use the designated smoking area on the 1st floor of the building.) 🐩 Pets are not allowed. 📢 Please refrain from making loud noises and holding parties late at night for the sake of neighbors. 🧦 List of Personal Hygiene Items Provided (Towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper) As this is not a lodging establishment, you are responsible for cleaning, taking out the trash, doing laundry, washing dishes, and washing bedding yourself during your stay. 🍉 No eating on the bed! A separate charge of 100,000 KRW will apply for bedding replacement if soiled (food, cosmetics, etc.).
