1 minute walk from Exit 3 of Ara Station on Incheon Subway Line 1, Metropolitan Area Express Bus Service Various commercial spaces planned for occupancy of the officetel With the opening of the Incheon Prosecutors' Office and the Incheon Court scheduled for late 2026 and early 2027, conditions for living close to work are favorable for related employees. Ara Station on Subway Line 1 has opened, and by traveling just one stop to Gyeyang Station and utilizing the Airport Railroad, you can quickly access western Seoul and other areas. As it is a newly constructed building, the property is available for use in a clean condition, and the minimum contract period is 6 months or longer. Although there are currently no commercial spaces as construction is still underway, various shops are scheduled to open, and various amenities are concentrated near the subway station.
