- You have exclusive use of the entire 150-pyeong tangerine orchard, yard, and stone-walled house. - The yard is covered with grass. - Parking is available for one car in front of the house. - It consists of 1 bedroom, 1 living room, 1 kitchen, and 1 bathroom. - This is a Jeju farmhouse available for a one-month stay for 2 people (Please inquire if you plan to visit with more than 2 people.) Available Spaces/Facilities for Guests - The yard is covered with grass. - Parking is available for one car in front of the house. - Chairs are available in the tangerine orchard and yard. - Camellia and tangerine trees are present. - External CCTV is installed for security. - The layout consists of 1 bedroom, 1 living room, 1 kitchen, and 1 bathroom. - Bedroom 1 is a space with two single beds. - A refrigerator, microwave, electric rice cooker, toaster, and electric kettle are provided. - A washing machine (dryer function) is available for use. - A clothes drying rack is provided. - Built-in wardrobes and hangers are provided. - Two inflatable tubes for water play are available. - Two camping chairs are available. - Portable TV is available. - Illy coffee machine is available. - Hair dryer is available. - Reading lamp and mood light are available. - Yoga mat, foam roller, and dumbbells are available. - A dining table and chairs for two are available. - Cooking facilities for two are provided, including dishes, cups, wine glasses, pots, cutlery, and cooking utensils. - A CU convenience store open until midnight is located within a 5-minute walk. - A supermarket (Good Morning Mart) is located within a 5-minute drive. - A bus stop is located on the roadside within a 5-minute walk, and there are several restaurants nearby that are frequently visited by locals. - Wi-Fi is available. - You can watch TV and access OTT services using your personal ID (portable monitor TV). * Panpo Port / Geumneung Beach / Hyeopjae Beach / Aewol Gonae Port / Gwakji Beach / Geumoreum / Jeoji Oreum, etc. (5–20 minute drive) - This is a space for monthly rentals. - A security deposit and utilities are required. - Based on 26-year term: Security deposit and utilities are 10,000 KRW per day separately. - Based on 27-year term: Security deposit and utilities are 15,000 KRW per day separately. - Please strictly observe a no-smoking policy inside the house and within the tangerine orchard. - Please refer to the usage guidelines. - Although regular pest control is performed, due to the nature of the area (orchards), you may see insects entering from the outside (beneficial insects and pests). - Maximum occupancy is 2 people. **Please understand that for short-term rentals such as weekly or monthly stays, cleaning and laundry services, bedding, and amenities (hygiene products such as toothpaste, toothbrush, toilet paper, towels, shampoo, body wash, etc.) cannot be provided during the rental period.
