✔ Opening Special ️ We are offering a spacious and comfortable 40㎡ (12 pyeong) accommodation, recently renovated, at an opening special price. ✔ This is a place my husband and I, who love Yeonnam-dong, prepared for our occasional stays. We would also like to rent it out to those who need it, so we hope some wonderful people will stop by. This is a prime location accommodation situated just 100 meters (a 1-minute walk) from Exit 2 of Hongik Univ. Station (Airport Railroad). It offers convenient access to the airport and major areas of Seoul, and boasts excellent accessibility to public transportation as it is located right in front of the bus lane. ✔️ The room features two queen-size beds (one can also be used as a sofa), a spacious dining and workspace, a vanity, ample floor space even with three 29-inch suitcases spread out, and a fully equipped kitchen where you can cook. ✔️ Blackout curtains have been installed to create a cozy atmosphere and ensure a restful sleep. ✔️ You can use the dryer in the shared laundry room in the basement. (A washing machine is available in the room.) ✔️ The host, who is fluent in English, is happy to kindly assist you with any questions you may have before, during, or after your stay.
