This is a stylish, remodeled Hanok house located within a 5-minute walk of Konkuk Univ. Station and Jayang Station, close to Konkuk University, Sejong University, the Han River, and Children's Grand Park. Having recently completed a full renovation starting with the bathroom, it is in like-new condition and is fully equipped with a motion bed, Styler, air purifier, washing machine, dryer, and air conditioning in the living room and each bedroom. Although it is officially classified as a semi-basement, it is actually only two steps down, and with the front door located on the first floor, it offers a bright and pleasant structure that is completely different from typical semi-basements.
