An apricot tree grows in the small yard, which features two tables, making it a great place to enjoy the sunshine or spend a leisurely time with a cup of coffee. <Important Requests> - The guest room is for exclusive use, while the rest of the space is shared, operating as a shared house. - Reservations are only available for female guests.

I think I thought about wanting to go live somewhere far away where no one knows me quite often while working at the company. I created this space for those who share similar feelings. I hope you can step away from your current daily routine for a while to find comfort, and gaze into the distance to think freely. This place is less like a travel accommodation and more like a home where you can stay for a while and share your life. Since I am sharing a part of my own home, I do not provide the same conditions or services as a hotel. Instead, there are others here to share breakfast with or talk with. When you suddenly feel like talking after spending your day, you could share a cup of tea and chat together, or if our schedules align, we could go see the ocean together. I am waiting for someone who can enjoy both their time alone and life together.

It is great for getting around on foot. You can walk to the city center, and reach the sea within 30 minutes by taking the nearby bus stop. I’ll also introduce you to some of my favorite walking paths and nearby cafes! <Required Information> 1. This is a share house available for booking only by women. < What is Provided and What is Not Provided > 1. Basic living furniture is provided; please prepare personal necessities yourself. (Toothbrush / Cleansing foam, etc.) 2. Due to the nature of a share house, common area supplies are shared and purchased using the management fee. (Toilet paper / Shampoo / Conditioner / Body wash / Detergent / Toothpaste, etc.) 3. This is a form of home sharing, not a hotel or accommodation. Therefore, services such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation are not provided. You must handle your own personal living. 4. Even with maintenance, as it is a residential house, there may be inconveniences different from apartments. (Insects, etc.) 5. It is located on a hill, so you will need to walk up an incline for about 2-3 minutes. It is more strenuous than a house on flat ground, but thanks to that, you can enjoy a wonderful view.
