It is a 9-minute walk from Beomeosa Station and a 2-minute walk from the bus stop, with Hanaro Mart just 5 minutes away. Please note that excessive air conditioner use during the summer may result in additional maintenance fees. A stream flows right next to the villa. There is a children's playground and exercise equipment within a 3-minute walk; photos are attached.

It is a 9-minute walk from Beomeosa Station and a 2-minute walk from the bus stop. The refreshing coolness of Beomeosa Valley makes it a highly recommended summer getaway. There are also many great restaurants nearby. Please feel free to contact me anytime if you experience any inconvenience or difficulties. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances. I always clean and personally maintain the space, so it is clean and hygienic.

Please contact us in advance if 3 or more people are moving in. There is a Hanaro Mart 5 minutes away, and many vegetable and fruit shops near Cheongnyong Elementary School. Beomeosa Valley, a children's playground, and exercise equipment are 3 minutes away, making it a great place for jogging in the woods. There are also many great restaurants nearby.
