House rules - Check in and check out: * Check in time from 16:00 pm. * Check out and leave the apartment before 11:00 am. * If a key card or a sticker parking car lost charge of 1,000 Baht per one. (For safety, it difficult to get from Building Juristic person) * Provide a copy of passport(s) or ID card(s), please sent picture on booking process, VISA permit(s) after check in (It's by the Thai law that the owner has to register immigration within 24 hrs.). - From 19:00pm until 8:00am visitors are not allowed in the apartment. - By Thai law prohibits smoking in the apartment, on the balcony and in the entire condominium. (Violating this rule will be fined with 6,000 Baht per time) There is a smoking area out of the building within 2 minutes from your apartment. - By Thai law are easily flammable and explosive substances and materials not allowed in the entire building. (Violating this rule will be fined with 6,000 Baht per time) - Please avoid bringing any bad odours in the apartment. (If any bad odours on check out we have to change 6,000 Baht for to remove it) - It is not allowed to bring durian fruit into the apartment. - Avoid with cooking a lot of smoke or steam. This will activate the smoke detector and fire alarm. - For hygiene reasons, remove remaining food and trash every day. The garbage room is beside the entry floor. - Any loss or damage of the furniture, equipment’s and/or property will be charged according to the actual costs of replacement or repairing. This is for in the apartment and the entire condominium. - Do not leave your valuables like jewelry, important documents, etc. in the apartment when you leave it. We do not take any responsibility for their loose or damage. - Make sure the water and air-condition are not running when you leave the room. - If any problem with i.e. keycard access, Wi-Fi connectivity, etc. you must report this issue directly to the host. It's not allowed to ask assistance to anyone in the building including the reception, as this is a private matter between guest and host. - We provide a clean apartment with fresh bed linen, towels at the check-in (1 big towel per person). They won't be changed or refill anythings during your stay. Only guest book 2 weeks, we will clean 1 time for free (Only Cleaning room, Change linen, towels) - You can request extra cleaning service at the cost of 1,700 Baht per cleaning, cash only. (Cleaning room, Change linen, towels) ***You can request before checkin date. (If not have cost for delivery) - You can request extra towels for 100 THB each, cash only. - You can request extra tissue for 20 Baht per roll. - You can request extra drinking water for 10 THB per bottle. (small 600ml). ★This is House/apartment rental Not a hotel service. No full service ★ 🏡 – Important Notes About Chiang Mai’s Natural Environment Before booking, please kindly read: Chiang Mai is a warm, humid, countryside-mountain city. Because of the climate, mosquitoes and small insects naturally exist in the area, and they may follow light or enter the room when doors or windows are left open. 🌿 About Our Building & Cleaning • The building management conducts professional pest control once a month. • My team always provides a clean, insect-free room at check-in. 🌿 During Your Stay Even though the room is clean, insects may still come if: • Doors/windows are left open • Food crumbs are left out and attract ants To help keep the room comfortable, please: • Keep doors and windows closed • Store food properly and clean crumbs immediately 🌿 Support Available • Insect spray is provided in the room • If you need additional help, building staff can assist with pest control ⚠️ If You Are Sensitive to Insects Please kindly reconsider booking. Because insects are part of Chiang Mai’s natural environment, there is no refund or cancellation due to insects. We want you to have a pleasant stay, and if this environment may cause you discomfort, it might not be the best match — your happiness is important to us ❤️ Please note that if you remain in the room after the check-out time without prior approval, an additional charge of THB 2,000 per hour (or any part thereof) will apply, until the room is vacated. ★★NOTE★★ For the entire condominium the following rules: ★★ Parties are not allowed. ★★ Pets are not allowed. ★★ NO SERVICE DOG ALLOWED ★★ by Thailand law of Condominium Act, can't use NewYork law. The other owner allergies, We NO money to pay for treatment to them for hospital. Very sorry, i am very very love dog. But leave in Condominium have to follow the rule of Building. >> Please book hotel or house. ★★ Only our guests are allowed to use the accommodation facilities at the condominium. ★ The accommodation facilities it belong to condominium control, if during you stay can't use it very sorry it out of my control. ★ ★★ Food and drinks are not allowed at swimming pool area. ★★ Do not disturb other residents by loud noises in the apartment and public areas, especially from 18:00pm to 09:00am. ★★ Do not wear inappropriate cloths in the public condominium areas. (i.e. pajamas, underwear, bathing suit, etc.) ★★ Walking without clothing is strictly forbidden.
