💛 This is a 12-pyeong two-room unit located about a 10-minute walk from Yeongdeungpo Station. In May 2026, the flooring, paint, kitchen, and bathroom fixtures were replaced, and new furniture and appliances were installed. 💛 With warm lighting, a comfortable bedroom, and a projector, it is a cozy place to relax just like at home. 💛 Equipped with a dehumidifier, air conditioners and fans in each room, Wi-Fi, and a TV, it is convenient for long-term stays for two people or workcations. 💛 We also comfortably accommodate foreign guests via platform-based translation chat :)

💛 Yeongdeungpo Station (Line 1 & KTX) is about a 10-minute walk away, and a 5-minute bus ride from the front of the house. It takes about 10 minutes by bus to Singil Station, Sindorim Station, and Mullae Station, making it convenient to access Times Square, Shinsegae Department Store, and Mullae Creative Village. 💛 GS25 and CU are nearby, and there are supermarkets, hospitals, and cafes in the surrounding area :) 💛 Although it is a semi-basement, you only need to go down four steps, and natural light streams in through the large windows. Blinds are installed in the master bedroom, and blackout curtains in the smaller bedroom. 💛 The bathroom is compact and is most suitable for two people. 💛 Please inquire about amenities such as bedding and tableware before signing the contract :)
