The basic rent is for up to 3 people. For each additional person (e.g., 1 week: 60,000 KRW, 3 weeks: 180,000 KRW, 5 weeks: 300,000 KRW), a total of up to 5 people are allowed to stay. Check-in is from 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. (Times can be adjusted somewhat flexibly depending on circumstances.) Only pets that are not too large, well-behaved, and well-managed are allowed. If you bring a pet, you must transfer an additional pet fee of 100,000 KRW to the host on the contract date, regardless of the date. Indoors, including e-cigarettes, Smoking is strictly prohibited. If there are any signs of smoking, the security deposit will not be returned.
