It is also close to Hongik University Station and the main street, allowing you to enjoy shopping for cosmetics, clothing, accessories, and even dermatology clinics on foot. Having lived here for five years, I have personally visited countless cafes, restaurants, performance venues, bars, record shops, and vintage shops. I will generously recommend not only places famous for tourists but also hidden gems frequented by locals. I will also introduce you to atmospheric cafes and restaurant hotspots for each season, as well as local spots where you can enjoy yourself until late at night. "Tourizing" Hongdae is a completely different experience from "living" here. Become a part of this neighborhood for a few days and experience the music, art, delicious food, and Seoul's youngest culture firsthand. - Indoor smoking and pets are prohibited. (If caught, immediate eviction without refund and a claim for compensation will be filed. Please note that regular pest control may affect the health of your pets.) - In Korea, people live indoors without shoes. Please remove your shoes on the stairs and place them in the shoe rack by the entrance. - As this is a short-term rental property, disposable amenities, extra bedding, and towels are not provided. - Please use the provided items carefully. Costs will be incurred for any loss or damage. - This is a 4-story building without an elevator. - As this is a remodeled older building, noise levels and construction conditions may be inferior to those of newly built buildings.
