It is located in a convenient location with easy access to transportation, close to Hankuk University of Foreign Studies, Kyung Hee University, and Korea National University of Arts. It is safe as there are many people around the schools until late at night, and there are CCTVs on the street. We clean common areas once a month. It is fully furnished with basic electronics, bedding, a desk, a dining table, air conditioning, etc., so you can just bring yourself.
