🔹 Standard occupancy is 3 people, accommodating up to 5. (Toppers, mattress pads, bedding, and towels provided / Additional guest charges apply) 🔹 Unauthorized guests will be asked to leave. (CCTV in front of the entrance tracks entry and exit, including visitors.) 🔹 No smoking indoors (including e-cigarettes). 🚭 Pets are allowed (however, small dogs are subject to a fee). 🔹 The house is located on the 1st floor, down 3 steps. 🔹 When leaving, please lock the gas stove, turn off the fluorescent lights, and turn off the boiler (on "away mode") and air conditioner. For long-term stays, if you leave the air conditioner on during the summer and incur excessive charges, you may be billed separately. 🔹 Please do not consume food or beverages on the bedding. (To prevent stains) 🔹 Please do not change the positions of the mattress toppers, beds, bedding, or furniture that have been set up according to the number of guests. (Damage fees may apply if furniture is moved.) 🔹🚘Parking Available🚘 One private parking space available right next to the house. (However, parking is prohibited on Sundays from 4 pm to 9 pm. During these hours, you may use the paid parking lot directly in front of the accommodation.) 🔹 The types of bedding and mattresses may change depending on the season. 🔹 Charges may apply later for any loss or damage. 🔹 Early check-in/late check-out incurs a small fee (please inform us in advance.) 🔹 As the neighboring house is a private residence, it is inconvenient if you make noise late at night.😢 🔹 Due to high fees, you can book at a discounted price via bank transfer. 🏢 Building and Surroundings Guide ✅ Parking Information: There is a private parking space for the house right next to the building.
