1. Smoking is prohibited indoors and outdoors. (Smell retention issues! Fire hazard!) Smoking may result in the inability to accommodate the next guest due to cigarette odors. A cleaning fee will be charged in the event of any issues. 2. Cooking foods with strong odors (such as fish, meat, fried foods, and other greasy or strong-smelling foods) is prohibited. 3. The use of open flames indoors is prohibited. (Barbecues and burners are forbidden!! Fire hazard!!) 4. Pets are not allowed. 5. Minors are not permitted to stay without an accompanying guardian. 6. Guests staying with more people than the reservation will be asked to leave without a refund. (Real-time monitoring via CCTV at the entrance and parking lot) 7. Users are responsible for compensation for any malfunctions or partial damage to facilities. 8. Please refrain from any behavior that disturbs other guests. 9. Please be careful to avoid safety accidents. Please pay particular attention to water-related accidents involving children. Adult supervision is mandatory when children use large bathtubs. 10. Please adhere to check-in and check-out times. (Check-in: 3:00 PM / Check-out: 11:00 AM) 11. Please be sure to turn off lights, air conditioners, heating appliances, and water supply when you go out. A small step to save the planet! There is a switch to turn all lights on and off at the entrance. 12. Please wash used dishes and separate trash before checking out. Food waste bins and recycling bins are provided. 13. Due to the characteristics of the Jeju region, various insects may enter the indoors. Refunds are not available due to this. Our stay regularly conducts pest control measures, both by the facility and through our own internal disinfection.
