This is a space I renovated because I wanted to use the skills I learned while working at an interior design company to refurbish an older house. The photos don't fully capture the actual space, so I think you will be even more satisfied when you see it in person. There is a small storage shed outside the house where I store interior equipment and cleaning tools. I will try not to stop by, but if necessary, please contact me first before picking things up. Since the shed is located outside the house, you cannot see inside if the curtains in the small room are drawn. Smoking is permitted on the rooftop, accessible via the stairs to the first floor. I would appreciate it if you could clean up neatly afterwards. I doubt anyone would be inconsiderate enough to smoke in the bathroom, but based on past experience, I have set the fine at 330,000 won.
