This is a space I renovated because I wanted to use the skills I learned while working at an interior design company. The photos don't fully capture the actual space, so I think you will be even more satisfied when you see it in person. We also offer transportation assistance to one of our three currently operating properties to fit your schedule, so please feel free to inquire at any time. 🏠 Accommodation Highlights Meticulous Interior: As we put a great deal of effort into the interior design process, we welcome guests who will treat the space with care and keep it clean. Upgraded Furniture: The current photos show the previous state due to early move-in; however, furniture has been gradually added to make the space even more convenient to use. Amenities: A washing machine is provided in the utility room, ensuring a comfortable stay even for long-term guests. 📍 Location and Surroundings 1-Minute Walk to E-Mart: Located in the "E-Mart Zone," making grocery shopping very convenient. Quiet Downtown Area: Although near a food street, it is not a densely populated area with bars, so it remains quiet and noise-free even at night. Near Seongnam City Medical Center: With the medical center located behind the accommodation, traffic flow is smooth and accessibility is excellent. ⚠️ Please Be Sure to Follow! (Rules of Use) No Smoking in All Areas: To maintain a pleasant indoor environment, smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Smoking Area: Please use the 12th-floor rooftop. Please clean up after yourself courteously. No Smoking in Restrooms: A fine of 330,000 KRW will be imposed if caught smoking in the restroom. This is a courtesy and a promise for the next guests, so please be sure to abide by it.
