(Including e-cigarettes) 🚭 * Pets are not allowed. * As this accommodation is located in a quiet residential area, please be mindful of loud shouting and noise after 10 PM. * Parties, events, and gatherings involving excessive drinking are restricted. * Please return any furniture or amenities to their original positions before check-out. ❗️Facilities and Amenities * All basic amenities necessary for daily life, such as a washing machine, air conditioner, refrigerator, and kitchen facilities, are provided. * Tableware and cooking utensils are provided as standard. * Bedding is laundered and replaced at the end of each contract to ensure cleanliness. * Personal hygiene items such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, and razors are not provided. * OTT services (Netflix and Disney) are provided by the host. ❗️ Long-term Stay Information * Due to the nature of short-term rentals, please handle cleaning, laundry, and dishwashing yourself during your stay. * Ample storage space makes it convenient for long-term stays, month-long stays, and workcations. ❗️ For 1-week, 2-week, 3-week, or 4-week stays, or for scheduling adjustments other than 1 week or 4 weeks, please contact the host!
