As it is on the highest floor, there is no noise between floors. There is a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and along the hallway, there are three additional rooms and bathrooms with bathtubs. Three of the rooms are available for personal use, while one is used as a storage room for staff supplies. Large-capacity air conditioners and heaters are installed in all rooms and the living room. With a total of four units, you can stay warm in the summer and cool in the winter. Of course, the underfloor heating also runs powerfully with a large-capacity boiler.

Parking is free, and vehicles with registered license plates and models may park in the designated parking area exclusively for Unit 2101. Visitors can register their vehicles wirelessly by contacting me. Each visitor registration is limited to one time and is valid for a maximum of one day. If you exit the parking lot three times in a day, you must register the visitor three times. (One visit per day. However, a new visitor registration is required for each exit.)

Despite being in the city center, the interior features an eco-friendly design with walls and furniture made of cypress wood. My son has atopic dermatitis, and I was told that cypress is good for it. It really is effective for atopic dermatitis, and I am still living with the amazing experience of seeing no mold grow in the wardrobe even during the rainy season, without needing a moisture absorber!

This may sound like nagging to those with a sense of civic duty. These are things we have always done. It would be nice if our accommodation were a hotel, but since it is not a hotel but an apartment building, please refer to the following: 1. If you do not put food waste in the bags designated by the District Office, the fine is 100,000 won; from the second offense, it increases to 200,000 won, up to a maximum of 300,000 won. 2. If you dispose of trash in a bag other than the designated one, the fine is 200,000 won for the first offense, 400,000 won for the second offense, up to a maximum of 1,000,000 won. (Leaving food waste indoors for a long time attracts insects.) 3. Please understand that since my son has an allergy to pets, a fee for a thorough move-in cleaning will be charged if pets are brought in.
