Please make sure to follow the house rules below to create a happy space where everyone can stay safely and comfortably. Yay! ✨

 

1. Check-in & Check-out Guide 🔑

Check-in: After 4:00 PM / Check-out: By 10:00 AM

Check-out Checklist:

Turn off all lights and air conditioning/heating power

Make sure to close windows

Please separate and dispose of your trash in the designated areas!

2. Common Areas & Noise Etiquette (Quiet Hours) 🤫

Quiet Hours: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM

During these hours, please reduce noise when using the living room for the sake of other guests and neighbors, and refrain from using hair dryers/washing machines. Warm! It's time for a good, restful sleep!

After using the living room & kitchen:

As this is a shared space, please be considerate and wash used dishes and tidy up the table immediately!

3. Women's Only & Safety Rules (Safety First)🛡️

Absolutely No Entry for Outsiders!

Our house is a women-only space. Entry and overnight stays by unauthorized outsiders, including family, friends, and other men, are strictly prohibited. (Violation will result in immediate eviction and no refund 🚫)

Management of Common Entrance and Room Passwords:

For your safety, please be careful not to let your passwords be leaked to others.

4. No Smoking and Pet Policy🚭

Absolutely No Smoking in the Entire Building!

All areas within the building, including indoors (rooms, living rooms, bathrooms) and verandas/stairs, are strictly non-smoking, including e-cigarettes. (A special cleaning fee may be charged if caught 🙅‍♀️)

No Pets Allowed:

To maintain a pleasant environment and prevent allergies, entry with pets is restricted. 🐾

 

5. Facility and Long-term Stay Guide💡 Caution: Damage to Facilities: You may be liable for damages if furnished furniture, appliances, lamps, etc., are damaged or soiled. Please take good care of the place as if it were your own home 🥺 Energy Saving: Please be considerate and turn off the lights and heating/air conditioning in the room when you go out! (Additional charges may apply if the standard maintenance fee is exceeded ⚡) Parking Guide: Parking is difficult within the building, so please use convenient public transportation (within walking distance of Sinchon Station!) or check nearby public parking lots 🚌

  • The listed size may slightly differ from the actual size due to building structure and measurement standards. This does not constitute grounds for a refund.
