This is a two-story guesthouse building with private toilets and bathrooms in each room. There are a total of five rooms, and among them, Room 'O' is a small but spacious room with views of the distant Sinheung Sea to the right and Mt. Halla to the left. We have kept accommodation costs low with minimal amenities, but the carefully prepared bedding will provide a comfortable place to stay. The pet-friendly rooms are designated as those with a small yard. 🐕 🐱

About this place

Stay One Located within the quiet village of Sinheung-ri. You can reach Sinheung Beach in just 3 minutes on foot or 1 minute if you run! If you walk along the Hwanhae Fortress Wall that runs alongside Sinheung Beach, you will see the filming location of the movie 'My Name Is'. Of course, there is no signpost, but the ocean that everyone who has seen the movie knows unfolds before you! Olle Course 19 runs right next to the house. Buy a roll of gimbap from Songsong Gimbap—or two?—and head out. If you get hungry, enjoy a meal with a view you like, and return home with that energy. 🙏

* There is a bus stop for Bus No. 101 (which runs to and from the airport) about a 5-minute walk away (near Hamdeok High School). (There is a CU convenience store, Chinese restaurants, and other eateries next to the bus stop.) * Hamdeok Beach, supermarkets, hospitals, and restaurants are within a 10-minute walk, but the accommodation is far away from the noise. * Jocheon-eup Library and Jocheon-eup Office are about a 5-minute drive away. * Rainbow Street, known as the filming location for *Welcome to Samdalli*, is right next to the accommodation. * It is adjacent to Olle Course 19, making it great for walks. * It is great for jogging along the coastal road, which is visible from the living room. * Nakgo Rakgo Fishing Pond, where you can enjoy sashimi made from fish caught directly by the guest, is within walking distance. * I will give you a little tip on good restaurants once you make a reservation. This room is based on double occupancy. Pets are counted as one person. However, up to one pet is allowed per two guests, with an additional fee. Please discuss this in advance. 🙏
