We newly renovated the interior and exterior in July and August 2026 and opened for the first time in September. It is a 10-pyeong detached house situated on a 12-pyeong plot of land. It features a studio bedroom, bathroom, indoor storage, outdoor storage, a rooftop, and a vegetable garden. Please take a break and enjoy the breeze on the bench in front of the house or on the rooftop as the sun sets. It is a healing space resembling a country house within the city. It is quiet for a comfortable rest, with bright streetlights in front and shared CCTV cameras. Convenient parking is available right in front of the gate. We have carefully prepared this property for short-term rentals, traveler accommodations, and month-long stays, allowing you to live here with just your personal belongings (clothes, toiletries).
