(Since short-term rentals are not classified as lodging businesses, disposable items are not provided.) * Registration of residence is not permitted. * The standard occupancy is 3 people / up to a maximum of 6 people. Additional charges apply for extra guests. * Pets and smoking are prohibited indoors. Please refrain from smoking anywhere inside, on the balcony, or in the restroom. (An additional cleaning fee of 50,000 KRW may apply.) We ask for your cooperation to ensure all guests can stay in a pleasant and clean environment.

*Move-in is conducted remotely as a general rule. *Check-in after 3:00 PM, check-out at 11:00 AM (some times are negotiable). *Move-in instructions, including the room password, will be provided on the morning of the move-in day. *After the contract expires, users are responsible for cleaning. Please return the room in the condition it was provided upon move-in.
