It includes a front yard (approx. 12 pyeong) that serves as a parking lot, and a private backyard (approx. 12 pyeong) where you can enjoy a campfire, barbecue, and camping. Features include two low-profile queen beds and baby supplies. The private deck garden has a fire pit, allowing for campfires and barbecues. The spacious bathroom features a large brick bathtub, making it suitable for children to play in. It is ideal for those traveling on foot, as Aewol Coastal Road, fitness centers, convenience stores, restaurants, cafes, bus stops, supermarkets, and elementary schools are all within a 3-10 minute walk. There are also many medical facilities, including pediatric clinics, dental clinics, and traditional Korean medicine clinics, within a 10-15 minute drive. Delivery is available via Coupang, Coupang Rocket Fresh, Coupang Eats, Baemin, and Market Kurly. It is shielded by stone walls and fences for privacy. Available for use. Three CCTV cameras facing outwards are currently recording.
