Welcome! ^^ We are an ordinary family of four living with our two lovely daughters, sharing small moments of happiness every day. 😊 We had a heartwarming experience living with two international students for a while by chance. We learned about each other's cultures and created precious memories, and we loved that so much that we have now officially started our homestay. ✨ The Special Charms of Our Home 1. Safe and Clean New Apartment: This is the newest apartment complex, highly preferred even by Koreans. Security is very strict, so you can stay with peace of mind. The facilities and environment within the complex are truly pleasant. 2. 20-30 Minutes to Major Seoul Attractions & University Districts! - Major Universities: Yonsei University, Ewha Womans University, Sogang University, Hongik University, Myongji University, etc. - Major Areas: Gwanghwamun, City Hall, Seoul Station, Myeongdong, Euljiro, Hongdae, Yongsan, Yeonnam-dong, Hangang, Yeonhui-dong, Sinchon, Ewha Womans Univ., Jongno, Sangsu, etc. 3. Double/Triple Station Area (4-Minute Walk): Located right in front of a station served by Subway Line 6, the Gyeongui-Jungang Line, and the Airport Railroad, it is incredibly convenient for traveling to and from the airport or exploring downtown Seoul. 💡 Please Note (Meal Information) We ask for your understanding that an additional fee may apply if you wish to have a regular meal provided. [House Rules] - No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house, on the veranda, and in all common areas within the apartment complex. - Quiet Hours: Please observe silence from 11 PM to 7 AM for everyone's rest. (Please refrain from showering or doing laundry late at night.) - No Outsiders: Inviting guests other than the booked guest (friends, family, etc.) is prohibited. - Energy Saving: Please be sure to turn off lights, air conditioning, and heating when leaving the house. - Tidying Up Common Areas: Please clean up the kitchen, living room, and bathroom neatly after use for the next guest. - Recycling: Please adhere to the recycling rules provided. - Safety: The front door password cannot be shared with others. Please inform us in advance if you are staying out overnight.

This is a short-term stay. Some daily necessities may not be provided. Please note that terms and services differ from standard accommodations.
This reservation is for short-term temporary occupancy and does not carry protections such as right of resistance, priority repayment, implied renewal, guaranteed stay period, or mandatory provisions. (Housing Lease Protection Act, Article 11)
The listed size may slightly differ from the actual size due to building structure and measurement standards. This does not constitute grounds for a refund.
External factors unrelated to the interior of the place are not grounds for a refund.
Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited in all stays. A cleaning fee of KRW 300,000 will be charged if smoking is detected after checkout.
