This is a standalone unit located on the second floor of a five-story villa building with three units per floor; as there are no residents on the floors below, it is effectively the first floor. The layout is horizontally open, providing a sense of spaciousness without feeling cramped. Upon entering through the front door, you are immediately greeted by a large kitchen equipped with a dining table for four and cooking utensils. There are two bedrooms on either side of the living room. - Bedroom 1: Features two super single beds (can be pushed together to form a double), a large wardrobe, a vanity, and a movable smart TV stand. - Bedroom 2: Includes a work desk connected to a sofa and an external monitor. It is ideal for remote work, video conferencing, or as a space for solitary relaxation. The bathroom is located next to Bedroom 2 and is equipped with a bidet. Bedroom 2 connects to a veranda containing a washing machine. There is no built-in dryer, so an indoor drying rack has been provided.
