This is a big house with an open high ceiling and a cozy yard. It is a rare space in Seoul, which is a Western-style Victoria House type. - You can visit places in central Seoul within about 30 minutes. - In 15 minutes, you will arrive at Mangwon, Hapjeong, and Hongdae. - 3-minute walk from Eungam Station. -Nearby a several bus stations. Bus stop and subway station within a 3-minute walk Convenience store within a 3-minute walk Within a 5-minute walk, there are everything from large supermarkets to small fruit shops. Bulgwangcheon Stream is right there, offering walking paths and bicycle lanes perfect for exercise, as well as cafes and many restaurants. It is a very convenient area. Hongdae, Gwanghwamun, Jongno, Seochon, etc. are within a 30-minute drive. This is a detached house, and the first floor is my design workspace. You are welcome to use this space as a studio during your stay. It is a truly rare space in Seoul where you can enjoy coffee in the yard, listen to music through speakers, and do yoga in the morning.
