Stay153 is across from Chung-Ang University’s Middle Gate, about 3 minutes from campus, 9 minutes from CAU Hospital, and 2–3 minutes from the Middle Gate bus stop. Heukseok Station (Line 9) is around 15 minutes on foot. A taxi or local bus is recommended with heavy luggage due to the uphill section. Restaurants, cafés, convenience stores, pharmacies, Olive Young, Subway, and Hollys Coffee are nearby. The Han River and Nodeul Island are also easy to reach. We offer self check-in. Your door code and detailed arrival instructions will be sent two hours before check-in on the day of arrival. Check-in is from 5 PM, and check-out is by 1 PM. Please remove your shoes indoors. The home is semi-basement; go down the stairs after arriving at the building. Quiet hours are 9 PM–9 AM. Please sort waste, and note that outdoor disposal is allowed only after 5 PM.

Smoking, vaping, and pets are not allowed. A KRW 200,000 special cleaning fee may be charged for violations. Complaints caused by smoking near the entrance, parties, excessive noise, vomiting, or other disturbances may result in immediate checkout and limited refunds. Visitors or overnight guests not included in the reservation require prior approval. Please report any damage or issues promptly. Traditional games are available; please play Yutnori only on the provided blanket to reduce noise.
