This is in front of the bus stop (IT Complex). This is not a double contract for investment purposes; I am operating a property under my name that is currently vacant, so you can use it safely without any contractual issues. I have added a portable air conditioner, so please feel free to use it comfortably. ^^ Please note that for hygiene purposes, after you check out, we provide 2 hours of professional house cleaning and 3 hours of steam cleaning and disinfection. Therefore, the cleaning fee is over 80,000 KRW.
