This is a brand-new home in a newly built apartment. System air conditioning is installed in every space. You can move in immediately, and it feels just like a hotel. An LP record player is also included, allowing you to enjoy a relaxed lifestyle. Parking is available for up to two vehicles; the first is free. For two or more vehicles, a parking fee of 10,000 KRW per vehicle per month applies and must be paid separately.
