Regular cigarettes, e-cigarettes, and heated tobacco products are all banned, and bathrooms and balconies are also included in the no-smoking zone. If contamination such as odors, cigarette ash, or soot occurs due to indoor smoking, charges may apply for professional deodorization, special cleaning, and actual restoration costs. The estimated cost for special cleaning is 400,000 to 500,000 KRW, but the actual cost may vary depending on the degree of contamination. The charged amount is calculated based on objective evidence and actual damages. 👥 Notice on Occupancy and Additional Charges This apartment operates based on a standard occupancy of 4 people. If you wish to accommodate 5 people, please be sure to inquire before making a reservation. If living space and bedding capacity are available, additional occupancy may be provided for a fee of 50,000 KRW per week per additional person, subject to prior approval from the landlord.
